Our products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers and shipped directly to you.
As a result:

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Brokerage or clearance fees
These charges are not included in your order total and are non-refundable.
Delays & Carrier Issues
To My Pet is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carriers
- Customs inspections
- Weather events
- Supplier processing times
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
Once an order has been dispatched, delays are outside of our control.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipping information is accurate.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders delivered to incorrect addresses
- Orders returned due to address errors
Orders returned for this reason are not eligible for refund.
Lost, Stolen or Missing Packages
Once an order has been handed to the carrier:
- Responsibility transfers to the carrier
- We are not liable for lost or stolen packages
- Delivery confirmation (where available) constitutes proof of delivery
Without tracking, we are unable to investigate delivery claims.
Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries
Orders refused or unclaimed by the recipient are:
- Not eligible for refund
- Not eligible for reshipment
